Karen Williams

Karen Williams has over 30 years of diverse experience in sales and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Group Operations at IRIS Software Group since December 2009, where the retention rate exceeds 98%, highlighting the organization's status as the UK's leading provider of integrated accountancy software and services. Additional roles at IRIS include Interim Managing Director for Accountancy and Group Operations Director. Since October 2023, Karen has also been a board member for the Trusted Executive Fellowship. Previous positions held include Sales Manager at VIP Computers, Outbound Sales Manager at PIPEX Communications Services Limited, and various sales and management roles in earlier organizations.
