Susan Carter

Susan Carter is the current Head of People & Performance at THE ULTIMATE CARE GROUP LIMITED. Prior to this, they were with Independent Liquor NZ from June 2015 to January 2017 as their Recruitment Business Partner. Before that, they were self-employed from May 2014 to May 2015 as a Recruitment Specialist. Her previous employer was Fletcher Building, where they worked from April 2005 to April 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant.

Their manager is Ben Unger, CEO. Susan Carter works with Joe Ford - GM, Assets & Procurement, Soraya Martin - Regional Manager Southern, and Sharalon Sutherland - National Villages Manager.
