Steen Sirian

Steen Sirian is an experienced strategic planner with a robust background in business development, audience behavior analysis, and strategy and concept development. Currently serving as a Strategic Planner at The Unicorn since January 2023, Steen previously worked at STEP from August 2017 to January 2023, focusing on strategic planning. Steen founded sirian.dk, facilitating communication and sales strategies based on business insights and end-user understanding. Additional roles include Strategic Planner at Nørgård Mikkelsen and Marketing Chef at Inspiration, as well as various co-founding positions at Digital-minds.dk and RestAlive AB. Steen's extensive career began in 1982 at Andersen & Blæsbjerg Reklamebureau, where Steen served as Creative Director until 2007. Steen has also pursued education in leadership and change management, complemented by foundational studies at Mulernes Legatskole.
