Before joining USITO as policy manager in 2012, Sarah represented the Semiconductor Industry Association (one of USITO's five parent associations) in China, responsible for SIA’s government relations, communications, policy advocacy, and coordination of on-the-ground logistics for visiting delegations. Prior to joining SIA in 2007, Sarah worked as marketing assistant for RIM for one year. She holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from University of Portsmouth.
