From 1998 to 2002, Candi worked as an Administrative Assistant at various companies including American Airlines and Bank One. In 2002, they became the Executive Administrative Assistant at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they have been working ever since.

In their current role as Program Administrator, Candi is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the program. Candi interacts daily with court personnel, clients, judges, and victims, and develops work manuals for administrative employees. Candi also completes special projects as assigned.
