Ben Baxter

Ben Baxter is a seasoned productivity and quality engineer with extensive experience in various industries, including academia and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Productivity Engineer at The University of Alabama, Ben is involved in enhancing efficiencies and cost-saving solutions for businesses and government entities. Previous roles include Quality Manager at HarbisonWalker International, where leadership was provided for converting a brownfield site into a manufacturing hub, and a Quality Engineer at multiple companies, including Avient Corporation and Metalsa Tuscaloosa, where customer service and product quality were prioritized. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Troy University.
