Mike Benigno

Mike Benigno is an experienced recruiter currently employed at The University of Arizona Foundation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Arizona Athletics, including Associate Director of Development Operations & Benefits Fulfillment and Assistant Director of Event Operations from September 2017 to August 2022. Additionally, Mike served as Operations Manager at Historic Philadelphia, Inc. for a brief period in 2017 and completed the Accelerate to Leadership Program at Aramark Facility Services as Associate Manager of Facility & Custodial Services from August 2016 to May 2017. Mike began a career in event and facility management with an internship at Arizona Athletics in early 2016. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree from Temple University's School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management and has a prior academic background at Bridgewater State University.
