Subramanian Iyer

Subramanian "Subbu" Iyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Data Science at Albertsons Companies, Iyer has held significant positions at prominent organizations including Target, where responsibilities included Senior Director roles for both Data Sciences and AI for Merch and Finance. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Analytics at First Republic Bank and Vice President in IBD Strats at Goldman Sachs. In addition to practical experience, Iyer contributes academically as an Advisor and Visiting Scientist at the Laboratory for Research in Complex Systems. Education includes participation in the General Management Program at Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. in Computer Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
