Jennifer Shea

Jennifer Shea is an accomplished healthcare professional with a diverse background in medical group practice operations and health initiatives. Currently serving as Executive Director at UChicago Medicine since August 2022, Jennifer previously held the role of Assistant Vice President at NorthShore University HealthSystem from May 2011 to September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Operations at The University of Chicago and Operations Manager at the American Cancer Society, where Jennifer developed educational curricula for healthcare providers and conducted a statewide healthcare capacity study. Jennifer also served as Manager of Health Initiatives, focusing on comprehensive health education programs for various communities in Illinois. Jennifer holds a degree in Public Service with a concentration in Health Care Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana.
