Tom Kartheiser

Tom Kartheiser serves as the Executive Director - PMO at UChicago Medicine, where responsibilities include leading the enterprise implementation of various cloud systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP and Salesforce. Previously, Tom held senior roles at Orlando Health as AVP - Products, Projects, and Enterprise Data, and at Ascension Health as Vice President - IT & PMO, where notable achievements included orchestrating PMO turnarounds and overseeing large-scale ERP implementations. With a diverse background spanning over three decades, Tom has also contributed to organizations like Kraft Foods Group, Premier Farnell, Aon, and Kemper National Insurance Companies in various capacities, emphasizing project management and IT leadership. Tom holds an MS in eCommerce and Supply Chain from the Illinois Institute of Technology, an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
