Felix Lu

Felix Lu is an experienced professional in corporate engagement and industry outreach within academic settings, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Engagement for the new engineering school at the University of Chicago since August 2018. Previous roles include Assistant Director for Industry Outreach at the UW-Madison Grainger Institute for Engineering, where efforts focused on developing public-private partnerships and fostering industry collaboration. Felix has also held positions such as Co-Director of the Advanced Materials Industrial Consortium, Consultant for the Greenheck Group, and Visiting Scientist at Duke University. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from UC San Diego and a recent Executive Program for Emerging Leaders certificate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Felix possesses extensive expertise in technology innovation, industrial collaboration, and educational outreach.
