Derek Downs

Derek Downs, MBA, has extensive work experience in the field of athletics. Derek currently holds the position of Director of Athletic Compliance at The University of Findlay since December 2022. Prior to this, Derek worked as an Athletics Intern at the same university from January 2021 to May 2021. Prior to joining The University of Findlay, Derek worked at Bowling Green State University, where they were a Football Student-Athlete from May 2017 to May 2021, and also served as a Falcon Club Intern from May 2020 to August 2020.

Derek Downs, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Findlay in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University in 2021.
