Heather Ward

Heather Ward has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Heather currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The University of Findlay, where they were previously an Assistant Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Heather worked as the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at the same university. Before joining The University of Findlay, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at DHL Supply Chain and Kalmbach Feeds Inc. Heather also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Whirlpool Corporation. Heather began their career as a Job Placement Specialist at SafeGuard Case Management and later worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at CompManagement.

Heather Ward completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Environmental, Health & Safety Management, at The University of Findlay. Heather then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, also from The University of Findlay.

In addition to their degrees, Heather Ward holds a certification as a Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) from the Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
