Kelly Frankart

Kelly Frankart has over two decades of experience in accounting and asset management, with a current role as the ITS Budget and Assets Manager at The University of Findlay since August 2000. Prior experience includes working as an Instructional Assistant in Accounting at the same institution, a General Accountant at the Hancock Hardin Wyandot Putnam Community Action Commission, and a Staff Accountant at The Northwestern Water & Sewer District. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Findlay and an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from International Business College, Indiana.
