Kimberly Henley

Kimberly (Stuckey) Henley serves as the Associate Director of Workday HCM at Barnard College since January 2023. Prior experience includes a longstanding tenure at The University of Findlay, where Kimberly has held multiple roles from Accounting Clerk to Payroll and Benefits Generalist, ultimately advancing to Workday System Analyst and Enterprise Resource Planning System Manager. Kimberly's expertise encompasses areas such as recruiting, human capital management, compensation, time and attendance, benefits, and payroll. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, and an Associate's degree in Accounting, all obtained from The University of Findlay.
