Dr. Falk Tauber

Dr. Falk Tauber is an experienced researcher currently serving as an Academy member of the Young Academy for Sustainability Research (YAS) at the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies (FRIAS) since October 2024. From April 2019, Dr. Tauber has held the position of Postdoctoral Research Scientist, Project Coordinator, and Lab Manager at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau. Prior roles include a doctoral student at Universität Freiburg focused on biomimetic research from July 2015 to March 2019, and a Research Assistant at m2p-labs GmbH from November 2014 to June 2015. Dr. Tauber's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from RWTH Aachen University (2008-2012), followed by a Master of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology (2012-2014), culminating in a Doctorate in Biology from The University of Freiburg (2015-2019).
