Tiffany A. Little

Tiffany A. Little, Ed.D., serves as an Assistant Professor in the MSA School Executive Program at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, beginning in August 2024. With extensive experience in education, Tiffany serves as an Instructional Coach at Instructional Connections, LLC, and as an Empowerment Specialist since 2008, co-founding and producing the Youth Gospel Explosion Conference through Heavenly Music Ministries. Tiffany holds positions as an Associate Minister at St. Mark's United Methodist Church and President and Founder of Composing Minds Inc. Previously, Tiffany worked as a High School English Teacher in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and held various leadership roles, including Director of Accountability, Policy and Planning and Curriculum and Instructional Specialist-Title 1. Tiffany has also been a Principal in Buncombe County Schools, implementing "Turn Around" efforts to improve graduation rates. Tiffany's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Wingate University and multiple advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and English Secondary Education.
