Dr-Naveed Iqbal

Dr. Naveed Iqbal is a Research Scholar at The University of Southern Mississippi since July 2025, following a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The Ohio State University from September 2021 to July 2025. Dr. Iqbal earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Vector-borne diseases from Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute between 2017 and 2020. Prior education includes a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Parasitology obtained from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, between September 2013 and October 2015, and a Doctor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the same institution, completed in June 2013.
