Michael Andrews

Michael Andrews is an experienced media professional with a strong background in video production and journalism. Currently serving as the Executive Video Producer at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since May 2010, Michael is integral to the University Marketing and Communication team. In addition to this role, Michael also teaches video production, editing, media writing, and TV news production, collaborating with University Relations on various projects. Prior experience includes over 24 years at WRCB-TV, where Michael held multiple positions, including Website Manager, Managing Editor, Executive Producer, Producer, and Reporter, earning recognition with Associated Press Awards and Regional Edward R Murrow Awards. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Film from The University of Texas at Austin and an Associate of Arts in Arts and Sciences from Tyler Junior College.
