Alexandria Quesenberry Wilson is an experienced academic librarian and educator with a focus on nursing and health sciences. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Senior Medical Librarian at The University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine since June 2020, Alexandria coordinates evidence synthesis efforts and provides scholarly research support. Previously, as an Assistant Professor and Research & Learning Services Librarian at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Alexandria served as a library liaison to the College of Nursing and coordinated systematic review services. Alexandria's earlier roles include Regional Librarian at Chamberlain University, where assistance was provided to a large nursing student population, and Graduate Research Assistant at the Preston Medical Library. The University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine (UTGSM) in Knoxville, a part of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Memphis, offers exceptional training in graduate medical and dental education. Beginning as the "Internship Program" in 1956 with the opening of the UT Memorial Research Center and Hospital, the graduate medical and dental educational and research programs in Knoxville formally became the UTGSM with the formation of the University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC) in 1991.
