Ally Lay

Ally Lay is a dedicated professional serving as a Student Success Advisor in the Herbert College of Agriculture at the University of Tennessee since August 2017, specializing in Agricultural and Resource Economics and Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications. Responsibilities include guiding undergraduate students, addressing inquiries at the Dean's Office as a Student Assistant, and assisting in teaching a student success course as an Undergraduate Student Teaching Assistant. Ally Lay holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 2022, and previously served as the State Vice President for East Tennessee in the Tennessee Association FFA from March 2016 to March 2017.
