Debbie MacKey

Debbie Mackey, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, serves as the Program Chair for the East Tennessee Compensation & Benefits Association since January 2015. With a distinguished academic career at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Debbie has held positions as a Distinguished Professor and as a Distinguished Lecturer, Intern Coordinator, and SHRM Faculty Advisor since 1999. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Marketing Education and a Ph.D. in Human Resources, both obtained from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
