Gloria Peña-Spener

Gloria Peña-Spener, M.Ed., serves as the Experiential Learning Coordinator and Program Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin since September 2021. In this role, Gloria develops program structures and curricula focused on career readiness and financial education for STEM students. Responsibilities include advising students on experiential learning, facilitating workshops, securing internship opportunities, and creating a leadership curriculum. Previous roles include a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern at CNS Career Services and a Graduate Assistant at the University Leadership Network, where Gloria contributed to career education resources and coordinated events. Gloria holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
