Janet Huang is currently the Deputy to the President for Transformation Strategies at The University of Texas at Austin. Janet has previously served as the Senior Assistant Dean, Career Management & Corporate Relations at the McCombs School of Business and as the Director of Product Marketing at Blackbaud.

At McCombs, Janet led the strategic vision and development of staff focused on catalyzing talent transformation across the Texas McCombs ecosystem. Janet managed career consulting and employer partnership teams for Texas McCombs undergraduate and graduate degree programs, serving nearly 6,500 students and 100,000 alumni.

At Blackbaud, Janet built an innovative team focused on portfolio rationalization, product growth strategy, product portfolio P&L, pricing & packaging models, go-to-market plans, customer acquisition/retention incentives, and success initiatives for Blackbaud's fundraising and financial solutions for non-profits. Janet launched Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT, the biggest product launch in recent Blackbaud history with record-breaking sales. The NXT product launch transformed Blackbaud's legacy business model from perpetual licensed software to SaaS. Since the product launch, Blackbaud’s stock price has nearly quadrupled.

Janet Huang has a MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.

Janet Huang reports to Jay Hartzell, President. They are on a team with Richard Flores - Deputy to the President for Academic Strategies, George Macones - Interim Dean, and Paul Kinscherff - Deputy to the President for Business Development and Planning.
