Jennifer Sturley

Jennifer Sturley is a dedicated educator with a robust background in literacy and humanities instruction for diverse student populations. Currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, Jennifer previously excelled as a 4th Grade Lead Literacy Teacher at Austin Trinity Episcopal School, where responsibilities included curriculum planning and mentorship roles. At ACE Academy Austin, Jennifer held positions as K-8 Literacy Department Chair and Literacy & Humanities Teacher, focusing on engaging gifted and twice-exceptional students. Additionally, Jennifer has extensive experience in theatre production, having directed and produced an independent film, served as a stage manager, and taught theatre-related classes for various age groups. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Education, and Child Studies from Smith College.
