Kimberly Pack Cosme is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in higher education and teaching. Currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin since August 2020, Kimberly conducts research focused on the P-20 pipeline and student outcome policies in collaboration with faculty in Educational Leadership and Policy and the Population Research Center. Previously, Kimberly worked at Florida State University from March 2016 to August 2020 as a Program Manager and Academic Program Specialist, where responsibilities included managing academic programs aimed at improving student success and advising undergraduate students in Computer Science. Kimberly's early career included teaching Language Arts at Indian Trails Middle School, where recognition as a High-Impact teacher was awarded based on the Value-Added Model. Kimberly holds a PhD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science from Florida State University, alongside various certificates in institutional research and applied statistical modeling.
