Marlon Bledsoe

Marlon Bledsoe is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network planning, engineering, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Frontier Communications since August 2014, Marlon oversees teams focused on the network, system, and software engineering of the national production network, collaborating with various departments to enhance network functionality and implement efficiency tools. Previous roles include Network Planning and Engineering Manager at Frontier Communications, where Marlon managed teams in planning and designing complex network systems, and Network Planning Engineer at Windstream Communications, dedicated to high-level network design and process improvement. Additionally, Marlon contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Computer Science department at The University of Texas at Dallas, providing industry insights on curriculum development. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arkansas Tech University.
