Heather Locke Green

Heather Locke Green currently serves as the International Governing Board First Vice President, International Ritualist, and International Governing Board Member at Delta Phi Epsilon International Headquarters since August 2018. In parallel, Heather has been the Executive Director at The University of Texas at San Antonio since May 2004, leading initiatives such as the successful launch of the university's inaugural giving day, overseeing a high-performing Annual Giving team, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns during a capital campaign that exceeded its goal. Heather's extensive experience includes various leadership roles in development and communications, significant achievements in donor relations, grant proposal writing, and alumni engagement. Heather holds an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and additional degrees in Adult and Higher Education Administration and Sociology.
