Arlene White-Brisco

Arlene White-Brisco, MBA, CCRP, serves as the Senior Regulatory and Compliance Specialist (Clinical Research) at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston since January 2012, acting as the team lead and primary liaison for regulatory affairs. Responsibilities include managing relationships with principal investigators, regulatory officials, and sponsors, training research coordinators, and preparing Coverage Analyses and Budgets for clinical trials. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Regulatory Coordinator at Baylor College of Medicine, focusing on regulatory submissions and audits, and IRB Coordinator at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where Arlene obtained certification as an IRB Professional (CIP) and organized IRB committee meetings. Arlene holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Texas Southern University and the University of Houston, respectively.
