Alex Canclini

Alex Canclini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at The Value Builder System™ since November 2019, Alex has held various roles within the company, including Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Sales Consultant at Jonas Software, focusing on selling construction-accounting software and building client relationships. Alex's career also includes a role as a Software Implementation Consultant at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where responsibilities included implementing software in car dealerships and training staff. Earlier experience includes managing training programs and teaching English for HESS International Educational Organization. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Waterloo.
