Chris Wellstood

Chris Wellstood is a seasoned professional in marine operations and security, currently serving as the Director of Marine Operations & Security and Harbour Master at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority since August 2011. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Director at the Council of Marine Carriers from June 2010 to August 2011, and served as President and Vice President of Operations at SMIT Marine Canada from July 2007 to August 2011. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University, an M.Sc. in Maintenance and Safety Management from the University of Bradford, a B.Sc. in Maritime Science from Maritime Institute de Ruyter in the Netherlands, and a VWO from Rijnlands Lyceum in the Netherlands.
