Most recently, Shannon worked at The Vernon Company, where they held the roles of Director of Administration and Director of Sales Operations. Shannon B. received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing with a minor in HR Management from Upper Iowa University. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Industrial Management and Marketing from Des Moines Area Community College. Shannon's secondary education was completed at Newton High School.
