Jeff Tamblingson

Jeff Tamblingson has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple organizations. Jeff is currently working at The Very Group as the Head of Customer Care Operations, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of First Line Governance at The Very Group from July 2020 to April 2023. Before joining The Very Group, Jeff worked at Shop Direct as a Senior Business Risk Manager from June 2018 to June 2020. Jeff also worked at Webhelp UK as the Head of Customer Experience and Quality from January 2017 to May 2018. Jeff Tamblingson's previous role was at Shop Direct as a Support Services Account Manager from May 2014 to January 2017. Jeff began their career at Barclaycard, where they held several positions including Supplier Service Manager from January 2013 to April 2014, Supplier Control and Audit Manager from July 2011 to January 2013, and National Accounts Manager from September 2008 to June 2011.

Jeff Tamblingson attended Durham University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
