Lisa Kotora

Lisa Kotora has extensive experience in the MDS and reimbursement field, having worked as an RN MDS and Reimbursement Manager at Village at Marymount since December 2006. Prior to that, Lisa served as an RN MDS Coordinator at Emerald Ridge of Solon from July 1999 to January 2007. Lisa also held the position of MDS Coordinator at Emerald Ridge from 1999 to 2007. In their current role, Lisa is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all functions of the MDS/resident assessment process to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and optimizing reimbursement from Medicare, managed care, and Medicaid.
