Robert Ortiz III

Robert Ortiz III is an experienced Executive Chef currently leading culinary operations at The Vineyards | California Armenian Home since October 2023. Previously, Robert served as Executive Chef at Valley Children's Healthcare from October 2019 to October 2023, focusing on dietary needs and menu production. Prior to that role, Robert held the Executive Chef position at Service Systems Associates, where oversight of food and beverage was managed at The Fresno Chaffee Zoo. Additionally, Robert oversaw all food and beverage operations, including banquets and galas, at the Sacramento Zoo between 2011 and 2013. Robert's culinary career began as a banquet cook at 9GROUP | Palms Casino Resort from 2007 to 2009.
