Elly Smart

Elly Smart has been working in the food and finance industries since 2018. Elly began their career as an Assistant Chef at @avantgardevegan (Gaz Oakley) and then worked as a Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator at ATTIVO FINANCIAL PLANNING LIMITED. In 2019, they joined The Vurger Co as Head of Development & Partnerships, later becoming Lead Development Manager and then Development Chef.

Elly Smart attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Law.
