Meaghan McDonell is an experienced professional in the human services and community sector, currently serving as an External Case Manager at The W Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Meaghan was a Care Manager at LIFEPlanCCONY, focusing on care coordination, and held the position of Residence Manager at Catholic Charities of Oneida/Madison Counties, managing operations for a 10-bed mental health certified community residence.
