Porché Hardy is a seasoned arts administrator with extensive experience in program management and arts education. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The Wallace Foundation since June 2021, Porché Hardy previously held roles at the NJ State Council on the Arts, managing a $3.2 million grant portfolio focused on arts education and performing arts organizations from April 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, Porché Hardy was the Assistant Director at the Institute of Music for Children, where program development and community engagement were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center as Associate Director for Arts Training and Program Manager. Porché Hardy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University, a Certificate in Acting from William Esper Studio, and a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration.
