About

The Leadership Team at The Wallace Foundation is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the effective execution of initiatives across the organization’s focus areas, which include education leadership, arts engagement, and social and emotional learning. Comprised of senior executives, including the President, Vice President of Arts, Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President of Research, and Vice President of Communications, this team works collaboratively to drive equitable improvements in learning and enrichment for young people and the arts sector. They also aim to enhance organizational capacity and disseminate knowledge to benefit grantee partners and the broader community.
