Kayla Gowdy has a diverse work experience in various roles related to digital content, social media strategy, political communications, and research. Kayla is currently working as a Digital Content Director at The Washington Times since March 2022. Previously, they worked as a Social Media Strategist at Olympic Media from January 2021 to March 2022. Kayla also served as a Field Organizer for the Georgia Senate Elections from November 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Rapid Response Director at America First Action from August 2019 to November 2020. Kayla has also held positions such as Political Communications Director at Berman and Company, Media Relations at Competitive Enterprise Institute, and as part of the Koch Fellowship Program at Charles Koch Institute. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher at Kafferlin Strategies, LLC, a Research Intern at America Rising LLC, and a District Intern for Congressman Bob Gibbs.
