The Way Back Reentry's executive team has a history of working in organizations that help others. Workforce Development Reentry at Dallas Leadership Foundation, Chief Impact Officer at OPERATION BLUE SHIELD INC, and Managing Director – Economic Mobility at Community Council of Greater Dallas are all examples of this. Additionally, the team is educated, with degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Howard Payne University.
