Carla van Nessa Wallace

Carla Van Nessa Wallace has an extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Carla Van Nessa has worked as a Makeup Artist at Local 798, IATSE since February 2016 and as a Hair Stylist/Makeup Artist at Escape Hair Salon-Atlanta since November 2012. Carla has also worked as a Freelance Hair/Makeup Artist at The Weather Channel since April 2012. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own salon, Devine Beaute, starting in January 2006. Carla Van Nessa was also a Co-owner/Co-Founder of Pro Makeup Artistry Group, LLC since 2005. Carla worked as a Hair and Makeup Artist at WSB-TV from January 2013 to January 2017 and as a Freelance Hair/Makeup Artist at CNN from April 2011 to April 2016. Additionally, Carla gained valuable experience as an Artist/Manager/Trainer at MAC Cosmetics from 1997 to 2010.

Carla Van Nessa Wallace pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1993, they enrolled at Clark Atlanta University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Merchandising/Fashion Design in 1995. Later, in 2009, Carla attended Paul Mitchell the School-Atlanta and obtained a Master Cosmetologist degree in Cosmetology in 2010.
