Yuan Zhang

Yuan Zhang is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at The Weather Channel since June 2022. Prior to this, Yuan worked as a Software Engineer at SMS InfoComm from March 2017 to June 2022, where they were responsible for maintaining and fine-tuning databases to optimize performance. Before that, Yuan was a Handset Tester at Brook Consultants Inc from June 2016 to February 2017. Yuan also has experience as a Data Analyst at MAG Retail Group from November 2015 to June 2016, where they implemented, tracked, reported, and analyzed performance of eComm activity and developed various reports and dashboards. Additionally, Yuan worked as a Data Analyst at Henan Guangrui Automobile Parts Company from October 2012 to May 2013, and as a System Developer at Volkswagen of Huixian from December 2011 to March 2012.

Yuan Zhang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management and Information System from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. This degree was earned between 2008 and 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Zhang pursued and obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, in March 2015, Zhang obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
