Zainab Oye-Akinoso

Zainab Oye-Akinoso's work experience begins with an internship at Reynold Construction Company in 2012. Zainab then worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Reynold Construction Company from June to December 2013. From October 2015 to October 2016, they served as a Project Field Engineer at Bouygues Construction. Zainab joined Reynolds Construction Company again in October 2016 as a Technical Engineer until August 2018. Zainab then worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia State University from August 2018 to July 2020. Zainab joined CORE in April 2020 as a Resource Coordinator Analyst and ended their tenure in May 2021. In May 2021, Zainab joined Bauer Foundation Corp. as a Data Manager/Engineer and worked until April 2022. Currently, they are a Senior Digital Insight Strategy Analyst at The Weather Channel, starting in April 2022.

Zainab Oye-Akinoso completed their education with a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Georgia State University, which they pursued from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. The civil engineering degree was completed between 2009 and 2015 and they achieved an Upper Division Second Class Honours.
