Staci Rucker

Staci Rucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion within both academic and corporate settings. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Inclusion & Belonging at The Weber Shandwick Collective since February 2025, Rucker previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Weber Shandwick from September 2021 to April 2025. Rucker's prior roles include Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Diversity at the University of Cincinnati College of Law from September 2016 to June 2021, and a decade-long tenure at the University of Dayton School of Law, where responsibilities included Dean of Students, Associate Professor of Academic Success, and Director of Academic Success. Rucker holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University.
