Polaris Zhao

Polaris Zhao is an experienced retail and management professional currently serving as Assistant Store Manager at The Webster since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Nordstrom, where Polaris held positions as Assistant Department Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, and Personal Selling Support from November 2020 to April 2023. Previous to Nordstrom, Polaris worked as an Account Manager at Sage Harvey Barrister and Solicitor from November 2018 to November 2020. Earlier career experiences include roles as Investment Representative and Easyline Banking Specialist at TD from March 2014 to June 2018, and Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief at Lush Magazine for a brief period in 2012. Polaris possesses a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Domus Academy, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Art History/Books and Media Studies from the University of Toronto.
