Andrea Hackett

Andrea Hackett has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Andrea currently works as the Divisional Director of Branch and Operations at The West Brom since 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Divisional Director of Operations at West Bromwich Building Society in 2017. In 2013, they worked as the Manager Customer Relations at the same company. Before joining West Bromwich Building Society, Andrea worked as a Senior Operations Professional in the Financial Services sector from 2012 to 2013. Andrea also has experience working at Lloyds Banking Group as the Head of Customer Services Mortgages from 2009 to 2012. Andrea's previous roles include being the Head of BMSolutions Mortgage Operation at HBOS PLC from 2004 to 2009, and the Head of Support, Governance, and External Relationships at HBOS - Birmingham Midshires from 2002 to 2005.
