Mike Leeders

Mike Leeders has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving in the IT Operations role at Western Reserve Group since April 2015. Prior to this, Mike worked at the United States Postal Service from September 2011 to April 2015 as a City Carrier and CCA. A significant portion of Mike's career was spent at CASNET from January 1984 to May 2011, where leadership positions included Business Unit Manager/Vice President of Conversion and Data Services and Operations Manager, overseeing P&L, project management, and customer relationships during periods of corporate restructuring and acquisitions. Earlier roles included Operations Supervisor, Technical Design Supervisor, Lead Operator/Scheduler, Senior Computer Operator, and Computer Operator. Mike graduated from GlenOak High School between 1980 and 1983.
