Mhrm Rebecca Hathaway

Rebecca Hathaway, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa since August 2017, where Rebecca also held the role of HR Coordinator. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as an HR Coordinator at Tractor Supply Company from September 2015 to August 2017, and briefly as an Office/Accounting Assistant at IPSA International in early 2015. Rebecca's extensive background in training and employee development includes a significant tenure as Training and Service Manager at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Glendale, where expertise in coaching and staff development was demonstrated from November 2007 to December 2014. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
