As the Sole Proprietor of Betty Caret Consulting since January 2012, Elizabeth provides leadership and career transition coaching to accelerate positive career movement. In addition to this role, Elizabeth has been a Career Consultant & Resume Specialist at Right Management since October 2006, where expertise is leveraged to deliver career transition support and facilitate workshops. Currently serving as a Senior Career Consultant at The White Hawk Group and previously as a Consultant/Trainer at Towson University's Center for Professional Studies, Elizabeth has developed and implemented various programs aimed at enhancing career opportunities. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Human Resources Manager at BD (Becton Dickinson & Co.), where Elizabeth was instrumental in executing HR strategies in a Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma environment. Elizabeth holds an MS in Psychology from Towson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Westbrook College.
